This week-long camp is for youth lacrosse players to work on individual skills, strategies, and techniques to bring their game to an elite level.
Cost: $650
What's included
Coaching, supervision, and a Hamptons Elite Lacrosse reversible jersey
What to bring
Helmet, mouthpiece, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, a stick and a water bottle
Typical Itinerary
9:00am - Check In
9:15am - Stick Skills
9:45am - Positional Group Work
10:15am - Ground Ball Work
10:30am - 1v1 Technique
11:00am - Small Group Training
11:30am - Stick Skills
11:50am - Group Talk
12:00pm - Pick Up
Location
Camp will be held entirely on the athletic fields at Southampton High School at 141 Narrow Ln
